Here’s how our pricing works:

Minimum charge: $155 + GST – includes call-out, travel and labour for up to 1 hour total time.
Additional labour: $95 + GST per hour, per electrician (in 15-minute increments).
Materials: Priced separately, based on job requirements.
No hidden fees: Certification and vehicle use are included.

FAQs

What areas do you cover?

We’re based on the Hibiscus Coast and work across Whangaparāoa, Orewa, Silverdale, the North Shore, West Auckland and Rodney.

How quickly can you do the job?

If you’ve got an urgent electrical fault, we can usually be there within 3-4 hours to get it sorted. For other small jobs, you’ll typically receive a quote within one business day of us completing a site visit (or once we’ve gathered all relevant details, if a site visit isn’t needed). From there, we can usually complete the job within a few days of quote acceptance.

Do you do emergency/after-hours work?

Our team works 7am–5pm Monday to Friday. If you have an urgent job that crops up during these hours, we’ll be there quickly to get it sorted (generally within 3-4 hours). If you need urgent electrical help at night or on the weekend, you’ll need to contact Vector or an emergency electrician.

Can you help with small jobs?

Yes – we’re always happy to help with smaller electrical jobs around the home, whether it’s a quick light replacement or swapping out a faulty power point.
