Here’s how our pricing works:

Minimum charge: $155 + GST – includes call-out, travel and labour for up to 1 hour total time.
Additional labour: $95 + GST per hour, per electrician (in 15-minute increments).
Materials: Priced separately, based on job requirements.
No hidden fees: Certification and vehicle use are included.

FAQs

How quickly can you get to a job?

If it’s urgent, we can usually be there the same day (typically within 3-4 hours). For less urgent jobs, we’ll organise a time that works for you and get things sorted as soon as possible.

Do you do emergency/after-hours work?

Our team works 7am–5pm Monday to Friday. If you have an urgent job that crops up during these hours, we’ll be there quickly to get it sorted (generally within 3-4 hours). If you need urgent electrical help at night or on the weekend, you’ll need to contact Vector or an emergency electrician.

Can you find the issue if I’m not sure what’s wrong?

Yes – fault finding is a big part of what we do. We’ll track down the cause and explain the best way to fix it.
