How soon can you do the job?
If you’ve got an electrical fault, we can usually get there within 3-4 hours. For other small jobs, we can generally turn a quote around within one business day and do it within a few days of the quote being accepted.
Do you do emergency/after-hours work?
Our team works 7am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have an urgent job that crops up during these hours, we’ll be there quickly to get it sorted (generally within 3-4 hours). If you need urgent electrical help at night or on the weekend, you’ll need to contact an emergency electrician.
Do you charge for quotes?
No, our quotes are free, clear and easy to understand – no hidden surprises.
How much do you charge?
Here’s a breakdown of our pricing:
Minimum charge: $155 + GST for up to one hour, including labour and travel (no travel charges apply to jobs within the Hibiscus Coast area)
Additional labour: $95 + GST per hour, per electrician (charged in 15-minute increments).
Materials: Priced separately, based on the job requirements.
No hidden fees: No extra charges for certification or vehicle use.
What areas do you service?
We’re based in Silverdale and work across the Hibiscus Coast and nearby.
Do I need to be home while you’re working?
It’s ideal if you can be there to let us in, but we understand that’s not always possible during the week. If you’re able to give us access to the house, we’re happy to let ourselves in.
Can you help with big electrical projects too?
Absolutely – we handle everything from adding a single light to full electrical design and installation on a new build or renovation. We also do commercial electrical work, including offices, schools, retail, hospitality and industrial premises.
I’m not sure exactly what I need – can you provide advice?
We’re always happy to help and offer advice if there’s anything you’re unsure about, whether it’s the best power point placements for your home or deciding whether to repair or replace your switchboard.
